Hello! Welcome to Therapy with Mary S, thank you for stopping by. My name is Mary and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto. I recognize that in life we are sometimes faced with challenges that leave us feeling stuck, unfulfilled, confused, or even hopeless. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, or relationships, you don't have to go through it alone. I offer confidential, evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. This entails engaging in talk-therapy to address social, relational, and mental health concerns.
This service is voluntary.
I DO NOT prescribe medications, provide specialized psychometric assessments, or make diagnoses.
